...it HAS been a long time.

Well much has changed since my last journal entry. Life has gone up, down, sideways, backwards, forwards and generally all over the place in the almost 6 years it has been since I visited this place regularly. In that time I have come away from my artistic outlets quite a bit, in favor of more practical time consuming activities - school, work, stress, de-stressing, etc. However, things seem to be coming to a bit of a lull - FINALLY. I am hoping to read for fun, take loads of photos, and write a lot of music in between my shifts at work as opposed to reading and writing for school all the time. As it stands I should have my BA come October and therefore have the extra time for shenanigans.

I hope you all have been well. I have a lot of catching up to do!!

Welllll...it's been awhile.

Unfortunately I just can't update this as much as I'd like to because, well, I'd just be saying the same thing over and over again.  I like school, school sucks, I'm still with the boy, still have a job, and it sucks too. lol.

But the boy is still wonderful.

Tonight I went to Priscilla's, which was pretty entertaining.  The idea to go originated with my boyfriend's friend, Patrick, who is undeniably the biggest horndog I've ever met.  He decided it was high time for us to go to the nudie store, so he could buy some magazines.  So the three of us trekked out there.

I decided to buy myself a $20 grab bag at the porn store, mainly because I couldn't stand not knowing what was in it.  I found out it was worth the twenty dollars (wink wink). lol

I'm finally relaxing a bit and coming down from the stressing out that I tend to do every semester end.  I only have 4 more finals to complete this week and then I have a month of no classes (THANK GOD if you're up there).

I don't have any means of art-making or any time for it lately, which kind of sucks.  I'm also not depressed or deranged enough to write any poetry...huh.  Perhaps life is leveling out a bit for me.  I don't know if that's good or bad, but I am very happy with my boy and school and very comfortable as well.

So I finally wrangled a job at RadioShack! Yes, I will know all about all the up and coming technology available at your local electronic store for christmas. Preferably, call my store and ask for me and I can do an online sale for ya! lol. j/k I don't know how to do that yet, but I'll badger everyone once I do lol.

College goes well, have 4 A's and one B on the board so far and the semester is almost over. It's actually really really easy.

The boy also goes well, I made it past the 6 month mark and that makes it the longest relationship I've held to date, and frankly I wouldn't mind if it was the last one I ever have to hold....I like him a lot, I think we'll be together for a long long time.

Other than that, still no greencard so I won't be in Canada anytime soon, and that's about it.

I have nothing to do. The only friend I have is Shaun, and he's my best friend. But still, I need some friends of my own, other than him and his friends.

I went to the haunted houses in kansas city last night, I didn't like it I started to panic. It was too dark and small and hot...ugh.

I still need to get a job.

I've got A's in all my classes right now. yay. It's easy.

I can't wait for the next episode of Rome, I love that show.

I got contacts and new glasses yesterday..fun fun. Oooh, I want to go thrift store shopping with Jessie in two weeks when she comes home.

God, why does college suck so bad? Why does no one talk to eachother much there? This sucks lol.

I'm bored.

Sooo, first week and a half of college down....it's not that hard, not that exciting, but still better than high school.

Currently looking for a new job, and discovering the horrors of driving a car...yes I am only just learning. And I don't like it very much. lol

Shaun and I are still doing great, which reminds me I have to get him his bday present before next saturday (he'll be the big 21).

I just finished the newest Harry Potter book, and I'm sad. Poor Dumbledore. I can't wait for the next one now! and the movie for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire!

Anywho, I guess I'm a relatively boring person these days.
